Delete an account
You can delete your account, and the data stored with it, at any time. The quickest way is inside the app. If you no longer have the app, email us and we'll do it for you.

By email
Write to support@petalformllc.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my <app name> account. We confirm it's you, then delete the account and the data stored with it for that app within 30 days, and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
Your profile and everything you created in that app on our servers, including files. Records we must keep by law (for example, store purchase receipts held by Apple or Google) stay with those stores. Apps that keep your data only on your device have no account to delete: removing the app removes the data.
Deleting an account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first.
